Welcome to Southern Oregon's Spring Awakening 2026. By purchasing a ticket, attending our festival, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website (springawakening.net), purchasing tickets, or attending the Spring Awakening 2026 festival ("the Event"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not attend or use our services.
2. Event Information

Dates: April 17-19, 2026

3. Tickets and Admission
3.1 Ticket Purchase
- All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except as required by law or in the event of cancellation.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
- Ticket prices are subject to change without notice until purchase is complete.
- You must be 18 years or older to purchase tickets, or have parental/guardian consent.
3.2 Entry Requirements
- A valid ticket (physical or electronic) is required for entry.
- Attendees may be required to show valid photo ID matching the ticket holder's name.
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or have signed parental consent.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone without refund.
3.3 Ticket Limits
Ticket purchases may be limited per transaction to prevent scalping and ensure fair access.
4. Festival Rules and Conduct
⚠️ IMPORTANT RULES
PROHIBITED ITEMS: No pets, weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, glass containers, professional recording equipment, or drones.
4.1 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
- Animals: No pets, dogs, cats, or any animals (service animals with proper documentation excepted)
- Weapons: No firearms, knives, or any weapons of any kind
- Illegal Substances: No illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Outside Alcohol: No outside alcoholic beverages
- Glass Containers: No glass bottles or containers
- Professional Equipment: No professional cameras, recording equipment, or drones without prior authorization
4.2 Code of Conduct
All attendees must:
- Respect all staff, volunteers, performers, vendors, and fellow attendees
- Follow all instructions from security and event staff
- Supervise children at all times - children must have parental supervision for all activities
- Keep the festival grounds clean and use designated waste receptacles
- Respect quiet hours in camping areas
- Not engage in violent, threatening, or harassing behavior
4.3 Removal from Event
We reserve the right to remove any attendee who:
- Violates these Terms of Service or festival rules
- Engages in illegal activity
- Threatens the safety or enjoyment of others
- Appears intoxicated or impaired
Removed attendees will not receive refunds.
5. Age Restrictions
- All Ages: Spring Awakening is a family-friendly, all-ages event
- 21+ Areas: Certain areas and activities are restricted to attendees 21 and over with valid ID
- Alcohol Service: Alcohol will only be served to those 21+ with valid government-issued ID
- Parental Responsibility: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times
6. Camping and Accommodations
6.1 Camping Rules
- Camping is available only to ticket holders with camping passes
- Observe all posted quiet hours
- Campfires only in designated fire pits or approved areas
- No generators after 10 PM
- Leave your campsite as you found it - pack out all trash
6.2 Camping Safety
- Camping is at your own risk
- Secure all valuables - we are not responsible for lost or stolen items
- Report any safety concerns to festival staff immediately
7. Health and Safety
7.1 Medical
- First aid services will be available on-site
- Emergency medical services can be contacted through festival staff
- Attendees with medical conditions should inform staff and carry necessary medications
7.2 Weather and Environmental
- The event is held outdoors - come prepared for all weather conditions
- Stay hydrated and use sun protection
- Follow all evacuation instructions in case of emergency
8. Photography and Media
- By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded
- Images may be used for promotional purposes without compensation
- Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted
- Professional or commercial photography requires prior written approval
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website is protected by copyright and trademark laws
- The "Spring Awakening" name and logo are trademarks
- Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited
10. Event Changes and Cancellation
10.1 Schedule Changes
We reserve the right to:
- Change the lineup, schedule, or activities without notice
- Substitute performers
- Modify festival layout or facilities
10.2 Weather and Force Majeure
- Events may be delayed, relocated, or modified due to weather
- We are not liable for delays or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control
- The event is rain or shine - no refunds for weather
10.3 Cancellation
- In the event of complete festival cancellation, ticket refunds will be issued
- Refunds limited to ticket price only - no reimbursement for travel, lodging, or other expenses
- Partial cancellations (one day of multi-day event) may result in partial refunds at our discretion
11. Liability and Assumption of Risk
11.1 Assumption of Risk
By attending Spring Awakening, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with festival attendance, including but not limited to:
- Injury from activities, equipment, or facilities
- Illness or exposure to communicable diseases
- Weather-related risks
- Theft or loss of personal property
11.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southern Oregon's Spring Awakening, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury, death, or property damage
- Lost or stolen items
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
11.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern Oregon's Spring Awakening from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your attendance or violation of these terms.
12. Privacy
Your use of our website and attendance at our event is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.
13. Vendors and Sponsors
Separate agreements govern vendor and sponsorship relationships. Vendors and sponsors must comply with all festival rules and obtain proper permits and insurance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Josephine County, Oregon.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
